When do you guys ship out my order after it has placed?
We try and ship out as soon as possible but make sure we ship out all of our orders within 72hrs after the order has been placed and usually within 48hrs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within the US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which generally take around 1-3 business days once they receive the package.
How can I get free shipping?
All US orders that are over $25 automatically receive free shipping.
Where will my order be shipped from??
We are located and ship our orders from San Diego, CA so the closer you are, the quicker you should receive your order.
How do I track my order?
Once we Ship out your item you will receive an email with tracking information so you can watch the adventure that your sticker is currently taking.
How will my order be packaged?
All of our orders are shipped using an eco friendly fully recyclable rigid mailer that will protect the sticker so that they will arrive to you safe and sound.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL.
How much will it cost to ship to me?
For all within domestic US, we charge a flat $3 to ship and free shipping for domestic orders over $25. For anywhere else outside of the US, the easiest way to check the cost is to go through checkout process because International shipping is calculated in real time during checkout.. (No worries, you won't have to commit to purchase in order to see the cost).
What do I do if I entered the wrong info?
No worries.. Just contact us using our online contact form before the stickers are marked as shipped or send an email to info@superduperworks.com so we can make things right.
